Since starting my journey with essential oils and wellness, I personally have stopped using all “non-natural” products and reach solely for my oils and nutritional supplements. It’s true that 80% of our health issues can be resolved through diet, exercise, and holistic approaches like essential oils. Not only are these methods safe and effective when used properly, when it came to the regular onset of my “head tension?” Ginger & Frankincense were the first things I tried that actually made a difference! I stopped living in fear, and I stopped suffering so much, which were both truly life changing!

Non-oily aspects of my life include my two beautiful teenage daughters whose raising we have all survived, and a husband I met and started dating while in high school. Also my sweet, smart, goofy bichon-poodle named Shadow. The White Shadow to be precise. I love reading and cooking, camping and hiking, and I’ve recently started digging back into my creative side with writing, singing, dancing, and drawing. Trips to Iceland and Alaska are currently on my bucket list. I also love a good hip hop dance class or dance party! And yes, I’m always changing the length and color of my hair!
